Peters, MD, a licensed physician, D/B/A MD Longevity (“MD Longevity” or “Provider” or “we” or “us” or “our”) has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to user privacy and online data security and to communicate its online information gathering, use and dissemination practices for the users of the website “mdlongevity.com” (“the Site”). The purpose of the Site is to provide MD Longevity’s visitors and clients with electronic access related to its services.

MD Longevity reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy for any such changes. Continued use of the Site, including after any such changes have been posted, shall constitute your agreement to such changes.

COLLECTED INFORMATION

Information Automatically Collected

MD Longevity uses the information collected from you to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us and to provide, maintain, protect and improve our services, programs, and activities, to develop new ones and to protect MD Longevity, our affiliates, our Providers, our partners, and our clients. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site provided by MD Longevity is not directed at children under the age of 13. However, we will accept, store and use data on minors as part of the contact information that is required in order to provide the underlying or associated services.
