How to Become a Client

Initial Consultation and Analysis of your Blood Tests.

This appointment usually lasts one hour and involves the following:

An orientation to BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) will provide you an overview of the potential benefits from this therapy.
Prioritizing the potential benefits you might receive will guide the doctor in customizing a hormonal screening to meet your health goals and expectations.
A review of your medical history and labs with our Medical Director, will rule out contraindications which could exacerbate any current or potential medical conditions if BHRT is initiated.
Interpretation of your hormone levels and recommendations of a customized programme for you. Outline an ongoing programme to monitor your hormonal balance and lifestyle progress.

Start of Your Personalized Bioidentical Hormone Therapy Program

This appointment usually lasts one hour for an individual and 1 ½ hours for a couple and involves the following:

Hormone teaching and demonstration of administration.
Comprehensive nutrition assessment and recommendations for dietary strategies for weight loss and change in body composition.
Pharmaceutical grade supplement and vitamin recommendations.
Fitness and exercise counseling.
Stress reduction techniques.
Cancer surveillance and preventive diagnostic exam recommendations.
Establish biological age

You will leave the office with your first month’s supply of your hormones and have full knowledge of all your supplements and what to expect.

Your Personalized Follow Up Treatment

After four weeks of treatment, your will receive your follow up lab request. The doctor will review your new levels and subjective feedback on your progress, adjust the doses of your hormones accordingly.

Your next test is scheduled for 3 months, then twice a year to maintain optimal levels and benefits.

Your medications will be shipped directly to your home or office. For your convenience, subsequent consultations can be done either at our office or by conference calls.

Summary of your Longevity Program

Your programme consists of:

Medically supervised and personalized Bioidentical Hormone Therapy regimen.
Regular monitoring and adjustment of your medication doses for optimal benefits and safety.
Unlimited complementary email and telephone encounters with the doctor and staff while under treatment.
Additional specialized testing made available to you.
Complementary lab interpretation, consultations and other services needed in regard to client care management.

Program cost may range from less than $100 to more than $500 a month. Couples enrolled in the programme receive a reduction of their management fee.
